Bradley Beach House Renovation

This home built in 1902 is located 4 houses from the beach. Originally used a boarding house, then as a family home and in March 2016 purchased as a rental property investment. This home has good bones but had not been renovated for at least 60. The home is now a 5 bedroom, open concept beach house with a first floor that is disability friendly, can sleep 13,  and has ocean views from every room. Walls & a chimney were removed on the first floor opening the space for a new kitchen with a large island that seats 6. Third floor attic  space  was finished and added a 5th bedroom with a master bathroom. A soft/warm color palette of white, blue/gray and brown throughout has given new life to this home. Paint by Benjamin Moore and Sherwin Williams inside and out transformed this beach house giving it a new life.
